These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by HG Creative Consulting in the field of coaching and consulting.

2. Services

I offer systemic coaching and consulting services for individuals and organizations.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Scheduled appointments are binding.

If you need to cancel or reschedule:

• up to 24 hours in advance: no charge

• less than 24 hours in advance: 100% of the agreed fee will be charged

4. Fees and Payment

Fees are agreed upon individually.

Invoices are payable within 10 days without deduction.

5. Liability

My services are professional consulting services. I do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

You remain fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching or consulting sessions will be treated as strictly confidential.

7. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by my Privacy Policy.

​

8. Final Provisions

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Frauenfeld, Switzerland.
